Inside, we protect the house first.
Floors get drop cloths, furniture gets moved and covered, and switch plates come off before a brush comes out. Then patching, sanding and primer where the wall needs it, two finish coats, and a clean line at the ceiling.

Exteriors
Salt air is hard on paint. Prep is what makes it last.
Near the water, paint gives out first at the trim and on the south side. We scrape and sand what is loose, prime bare wood, caulk the seams, and use exterior coatings made for coastal weather.
